Terms & Conditions

Hotel Policy

  • Management holds the absolute right of admission.
  • Guests are requested to take care of their belongings, as the management will not be held responsible for any loss of valuables after the guest has left the hotel premises.
  • Taxes are applicable as per the government rules.
  • Pets are not allowed in hotel premises.
  • In case of any damage to the hotel property by the guest or their family and friends then the respective guest will be held responsible for the loss occurred.
  • Guests are requested to adhere to the policies implemented by the management.

  • 24 hours check in and checkout policy.
  • 1-hour leeway is offered to the guest at the time of check out. The second day tariff will be automatically added after the 1-hour leeway time.
  • Early check in is subject to availability of the rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed in hotel premises.
  • The room allotment is done on the day of check in and specific room preference is subject to availability of the room.
  • Registration cards to be filled up by the guests at the time of check in.
  • Extension in duration of stay should be notified to the front office at least 5 hours in advance. The next room category will be offered in case if the same room type is not available.
  • Guests are requested to show their valid Id proof and allow the Front Office staff to take photograph for security reasons (As per Govt rules)

  • Rooms will be allotted to only those guests who have filled up the Guest Registration Form.
  • Visitors are not allowed in the room after 09:30 PM.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Cooking is strictly prohibited.
  • All our rooms are double occupancy and a maximum of 3 guests can accommodate the room. A mobile cot will be provided for the extra person.
  • Extra guest charges applicable.

  • For more than 2 rooms, 50 % advance to be paid before check in date.

  • Commit to complying with applicable environmental legislation requirements and other requirements to which the hotel subscribes.
  • Continually improving its environmental performance through setting and achieving environmental goals and objectives.
  • Creating awareness of and sensitivity towards environment among employees, guests, contractors, suppliers and the community at large.
  • Implement the fundamentals of waste management, rethink, reduce, recycle, and reuse.
